Cancellations
The customer may cancel an order or transaction made on the website, on the same day as the order was made and before the start of the service/product delivery.
In the event of cancellation on the order date, a cancellation fee of 250 NIS will apply to the customer.
After the order date, the customer will have no cancellation option and will bear a total cost.
In cases where the service/product has already begun to be transferred to the customer, no right of cancellation will apply at all.
